March is National Nutrition Month!!!

MSK is focused on helping our guests making healthy choices in our food pantry and in our hot meals.  We offer a healthy balanced meal each day for lunch and offer fruits, vegetables, and meat to our pantry guests.  MSK also offers recipes to our guests for uncommon foods so that they become more comfortable and are willing to try new things!  In our two new programs this year we will be teaching cooking skills in our kitchen with a focus on healthy choices and nutrition as well.
